Apartments start from a studio which sleeps 2 adults, then there are 2 bedroom apartments for 4 people, and 3 bedrooms for 6 people. (each apartment can also take an extra bed increasing its capacity)
General standards are: non smoking rooms, rooms/facilities for disabled guest, family rooms, lift, express check-in/out, luggage storage, gay friendly, air conditioning, FREE wifi connection.
There is also parking available, an added bonus in the heart Valencia City Centre where parking is at a complete minimum. The charge for parking is extra but definately worth it.
