The World Cup trophy, won by Spain in South Africa in July this year will arrive in Valencia tomorrow (friday). It will be presented at 6pm in the Principe Felipe Museum, City of Arts and Sciences, science museum by the chairman of the Valencia Football Federation, Vicente Muñoz.
The World Cup trophy will be accompanied by the European Cup which Spain won in the last tournament in 2008. The trophies will form part of the "A century of life, 100 years of Football" exhibition which is organised by the Valencia Football Federation to commemorate its centenary.
On Saturday the trophies will start tour of the Valencia Region, stopping at various cities, to return to Valencia on the 24th September where it will remain until the 28th September.
The exhibition traces the history of Valencian football through the form of photos, flags, trophies amongst other displays. You can view the World Cup trophy and European Cup either at the presentation on Friday or from the 24th to 28th September at the science museum, city of arts and sciences Valencia.
